These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern all purchases, transactions, and customer interactions with Infinity Paper House, located at Kanchanpalli, South Badharghat, Agartala, West Tripura, Pin – 799014. By purchasing or placing an order with us, customers agree to abide by the following terms.

1.1 These T&C apply to all sales of stationery, paper products, office supplies, and related goods offered by Infinity Paper House (“we,” “our,” or “the company”).
1.2 Customers (“you,” “your,” or “the buyer”) are requested to carefully read these terms before making a purchase. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.
1.3 Infinity Paper House reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time, and the revised version shall be effective immediately upon publication or communication.

2.1 All products displayed in-store, on printed catalogues, or through electronic communication are subject to availability. We make every effort to maintain adequate stock but cannot guarantee continuous availability.
2.2 Product descriptions, specifications, and prices are provided with reasonable accuracy. However, human or system errors may occur. In such cases, Infinity Paper House reserves the right to correct errors, update pricing, or cancel orders.
2.3 Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable GST, depending on the invoice. Customers will be informed of any applicable taxes at the time of billing.
2.4 We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already invoiced.

3.1 Orders may be placed in person at our shop, over the phone, or through other approved communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp).
3.2 Each order must be accompanied by accurate details, including customer name, contact information, and GST number (if applicable). We are not liable for delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete details.
3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless prior written approval is provided for credit-based transactions.
3.4 Accepted payment modes include:

• Cash

• UPI/QR code payments

• Bank transfer

• Other methods approved by management
  3.5 In the event of dishonoured cheques, delayed payments, or fraudulent transactions, Infinity Paper House reserves the right to cancel orders, charge penalties, and take legal action if necessary.

4.1 Returns or exchanges are permitted only in cases where products are:

• Defective

• Damaged during handling

• Incorrectly supplied (wrong item or quantity)
  4.2 Customers must notify Infinity Paper House of such issues within 48 hours of purchase or delivery. Notifications received beyond this period will not be considered.
  4.3 Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
  4.4 No returns or refunds will be accepted for:

• Used or damaged products caused by the customer

• Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers

• Custom-cut or special-order items
  4.5 Upon inspection and approval, refunds or exchanges will be processed. Refunds will generally be initiated within 7 working days via the original mode of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

5.1 Orders may be cancelled before billing or dispatch, subject to management approval.
5.2 Once invoiced or dispatched, cancellations are not allowed except in exceptional cases (at our discretion).
5.3 Prepaid cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 working days. Refund timing may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment gateway.

6.1 Infinity Paper House ensures that products supplied are genuine and of standard quality as provided by manufacturers or suppliers.
6.2 We do not manufacture products ourselves; therefore, warranties (if any) are limited to those provided by the respective manufacturers.
6.3 Infinity Paper House is not responsible for:

• Normal wear and tear of products

• Misuse, mishandling, or negligence by the customer

• Losses or damages caused by third-party courier or delivery agents
  6.4 Under no circumstances shall Infinity Paper House be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising out of the use of our products.

7.1 Customers agree to:

• Provide correct and complete details at the time of purchase.

• Use purchased products only for their intended purposes.

• Retain invoices for warranty or return-related claims.
  7.2 Customers are prohibited from reselling products purchased from Infinity Paper House without prior written consent, except in the normal course of business for registered resellers.

8.1 Standard purchases must be collected directly from our shop unless delivery arrangements are separately agreed upon.
8.2 If delivery is arranged, customers must ensure availability to receive the goods at the agreed time and place. Failure to accept delivery may result in additional charges.
8.3 Infinity Paper House will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery but will not be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, strikes, transport issues, etc.).

9.1 Infinity Paper House respects customer privacy. Any personal details collected (name, phone, address, GST number, etc.) will be used solely for billing, record-keeping, and business communication.
9.2 Customer data will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., courier services).
9.3 Customers agree to receive invoices, promotional updates, and order confirmations via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, unless they opt out.

10.1 All disputes arising out of purchases, billing, or services shall first be attempted to resolve amicably through discussion between the customer and Infinity Paper House.
10.2 If disputes remain unresolved, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Agartala, Tripura.
10.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

11.1 Infinity Paper House shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or accidents.

12.1 Infinity Paper House reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the latest version before making purchases.
